Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.

2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.

3. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

Refund policy:-

We accept the refund request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damage in a combo order.

Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next 5-7 working days with the same transaction mode.



Exchange

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, we will instantly initiate the exchange of product to you.

Exchange and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Replacements will be issued or exchange provided only if the product is damaged due to transit. 

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request you to review your order carefully before placing it, as cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

In the event of a return request where the customer opts for a refund instead of an exchange or replacement, the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any applicable handling costs incurred by Nixwoods will be deducted from the total refund amount. The remaining balance will be processed and refunded to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

For clarity, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer in cases where a refund is requested without an exchange
